My apologies.. i trusted XDA forums page for the info. Didnt want to mislead anyone.

Alternate Names: T-Mobile MDA IV, HTC Tytn III and HTC Raphael
Manufacturer: High Tech Computer Corporation
Predecessor: HTC Tytn II (Not Official)
Operating System: Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional
Dimensions :102 mm (L) X 51 mm (W) X 11.35 mm (T)
The real thickness is 18.05 mm. Which means X1 wins this race! Now it seems that X1 weights more on my scale.

GLBenchmarks for the SE X1 . Not impressive, similar to the Diamond.

I'm not sure what to look for. There is no X1 listed on the site. The page you linked to only shows what look like device specs to me, not performance numbers. It doesn't even show data for "PUCKO" (whatever that is ). Can you elaborate?

That's all fine...but I still don't see any benchmark results. It says "No such device in database."

PUCKOs not benchmarks sorry ananlysis was taken in March. Identical to the DIamond, therefore the performance should be similar. Actually if you see the Toshiba G810 , Diamond, TyTn II and the X1 the analysis is identical with similar performance from all of them, and the graphic performance is pathetic when compared to the N95 or the iPhone or even the stupid freesacle processor on the Nokia E51 . So even though the X1 has the 3D accelerator I doubt we'd see the performance many of us are looking at. THis of course is not a SE problem but one with the MSM7200 series processor.

BTW did you read the article on the Q1 release of the X1

Not very believable for the release date. Very few articles on the X1 get every little detail right. I don't think anyone has 100% solid info. I'm thinking it'll hit the U.S. in Sept/Oct and everywhere else in Nov. This is just based on a plethora of sources stating so. It makes no sense to release a high-end device in the U.S. after Christmas. I can't speak for other countries.

Who was the journalist they were talking about, Eldar?

As far as that benchmarking data, I still haven't seen it. But if it was released in March, then it is pretty pointless anyway, isn't it?

Yes he was talking about Eldar LOL!

We'll the benchmaking of the MSM7200 series processor in general looks terrible, not just the X1, so it really does'nt matter if it was in March or if it was today . Not upto what I expected. And the worst part is that LG, Toshiba, imate and HTC have similar results with the drivers implemented. The TYTnII earlier could'nt even run the benchmarking software, but now there are hacked drivers available and the results are similar to the above. Does'nt look good at all .

Well, as long as the phone works great, most probably don't care whats going on under the hood.
