Just got a propaganda email from Sony with the following link

Z4V is supposed to last up to 27 hours on a charge.

edit : what''s with the on screen buttons, by the way, doesn't look like Sony's lollipop, right? or just a bad editing..

true about 4k. I would like to get any insider input about that rumour probability myself as well It could be just 2k and rumour got bigger somehow in talking
Seems like the "ultra" is just the 5.5" plus version

What the hell? 4K on a phone? that'll drain battery so bad. Where do you get the source for this? We don't need 4K on a phone now (well, I don't even need 2K for a phone now), FHD is enough already to me. all those are just gimmicks, the real thing on an amazing display is naturalness, clearness, and sharpness that is not over-sharpened.

you guys do know that Sony is BSing about the omnibalance design right? it looks balanced top/bottom right/left, but if you were to measure the top and bottom bezels you will find that the top is slightly wider than the bottom, around 0.10 inch?
Yeah, total ba$T^rds, that's over two and a half mm !

Esato was founded in the year 2001 and was mainly targeted at Sony Ericsson mobile phone users. We started with a couple of services offering free ringtones, grayscale logos for the Ericsson T39 and R520 models. We have expanded the service to include free color backgrounds for over 50 mobile phone models. Other popular services are the discussion forum for anyone interested in topics about mobile phones and accessories. Even if the focus was targeted at Sony Ericsson owners, we now have separate forums for owners of other brands. The most popular sections are the News, Blog, discussion forum, Free themes, free color backgrounds and a service where users can upload images from a PC and download a converted image down to their mobile phone.

My Z3 has less than 1 mm difference between top and bottom bezels certainly not 0.1 inch. My Z has 1mm difference too. @litoni, do you need a new measuring device?

Yet another confirmation for 4 upcoming high end phones, most likely "lavender", compact, main and ultra with different code names: http://www.phonearena.com/new[....]-testing-and-debugging_id70731

Z3+ doesn't overheat anymore thanks to thermal throttling.

1. Shouldn't Sony be putting in efforts to perfect the current "far-from-perfect" 1080p panel on its flagships rather than going for 1440p and 4K panels? Gotta give credit where it's due, and Samsung deserves it for perfecting its AMOLED display.
4. Galaxy S6, LG G4, iPhone 6 and 6S... all of these take stunning pictures. Wait, did I miss something from the list? Oh yeah, Xperia Z1/Z2/Z3. Will we see Xperia Z5 being added to that elite list?

Ad. 1. They already recalibrated the panel in the Z3+, it's no longer too cold. Now they should do something to improve contrast. IPS Neo display seems to be a nice solution.
4. It's also important to take those stunning pictures fast, without meddling with multiple manual settings.
