The blue phone probably won't be announced tomorrow. It even wasn't intended for the european market.
Instead of this a similar device but with much better design will hit the european market in Q4.
So I doubt about the announcement of this phone tomorrow.

if SE used Sony HAD CCD in their cameras will others be able to catch them up
other manufacturers may integrate similar high-grade hardwares but they lack one big thing, it was the experience and the edge in furtherly improving the quality of the hardware itself
SE has been worse in improving their quality last year because they only applied their IQs, and they alleviated the must for a better hardware that's why their 2007 flagship phones ended up like loosers, but what if this time they use both worlds perfectly? better hardware and excellent experience wouldn't they be able to come up with a high quality product?

That wont be a problem. Unfortunately se products are succeeded by competitors even before Se announce them.
