prepaid sim card didn't support gprs even it show have signal. when you try to login it always fail. i try it when i was there Philippines last two weeks. only wap is enable. and i am sorry that i not able to attend te EB 2.1 last May 26 coc need to come back for work that same day.

gprs with a prepaid SIM works. i am using prepaid SIM...and it has got gprs access...
3/4 of my classmates have workin gprs. 2/4 are 0916. 1/2 0916 fails to connect.

maybe my prepaid sim card is 0917 and it was globe, i asked smart store they said thier prepaid sim card support gprs. but not able to buy one coz no point to buy and i had to go back here in singapore the folloeing day. maybe next time when i going for annual leave this late october. please update me for new EB. i saw athe EB 2.1 picture it was clear and big congrats to EB people.

Oh no! Am using my prepaid SIM to post this msg. Seems like Globe is all set for paid GPRS access :-(. Twas great trying it for free, i just hope fees are quite reasonable. :-l
