Why Not adopting one flagship per year strategy ? having multiple flagships means slower updates for all of them and more resources to spend for each one... and mixed response from loyal customers and fans...
I know Sony is facing a lot of design challenges, but some of these can be fixed, for example why not adopting unified place for the microUSB + headphone jack for all high-end devices ? like bottom for the microUSB and top for the headphone jack, this will ensure better compatibility with vast amount of Android Audio/Video/charging docking solutions... other main competitors already have this in mind while designing their smartphones...
