Chaps,
(ladies included of course! ) I am @PH airport & have never been happier waiting 4 a flight. Earlier this morning there was no GPRS reception but it's back now with a vengeance. I have checked my email & bank balance.
@AYA, Ambyzone & Mamba: I need somehelp setting up my PC 2 surf with my P910i modem. Please!

Welcome Chimex, nice to have you on board.

@TGP: First install your phone's modem on your pc using the modem drivers supplied on the cd that came with the phone.
Then set up a new dial-up internet connection specifying the phone modem as its gateway. The number to dial is *99***x# where "x" represents the data account to be used.
You can determine the data account number by clicking on the "data communication" tab under the connectivity menu. (CID=1 or 2)
I am assuming that you are connecting your phone to your pc using a data cable.

well, I guess I just have to be patient then..

Anybody had any luck with 0806 lines?

My 0803 is now back on...
My 0806 is still not working yet..

I have both 0806 & 0803 in case there's any variation..

I guess activation is selective across 0803 & 0806 then...

@brym!: Eeya! Meanwhile, I have browsed every kind of WAP and Web pages, and run up 281mb of data till date.....

I wonder what the guys at Vmobile are thinking now. Bad mistake with their Voffice crap!

Do you have any idea how many people have purchased an MTN line in the last week or so simply because of this GPRS thing?
