Wel yeah it could be elle and should be. I doubt that the T707 would be revealed in china or whatever without getting a western announcement.

Now, you got me confused. Unless I'm misunderstanding the article says SE is launching its business in Korea. It further goes on to state that they are entering that market which reads to me like they are only beginning.
