I have a problem !!! I tried to update my firmare (seus) and now my phone is dead !!! i did exactly as said in the 'overview' and also followed the instructions, that showed up in SEUS. it gets to the 'updating' part where i have to hold the "C" button until the updating begins. i turned my phone off, hold "C" and plug the phone into the USB. The update started.. but ended at 2% !! communication error, something like that. My phone is DEAD now. Then i tried the Recovery mode.. but my computer doesn't recognize my phone when I insert it into the USB port. "Found new device! Unknown device! USB Device Not Recognized!" What I have to do now ?? Please help me !!! I want my phone to work again..

thats why it is bad to touch your phone after you pressed C button, i think there was bad contact of usb cable with phone, thats why you have "communication error" at only 2%. If recovery mode does not help, you have to go to service center.

How can you find out where your nearest SE service center is? just wondered as people seem to say "went to" or "Sent to"? i not seen anyhting on there site about it,? maybe im looking in the wrong place?

There´s a risk that all your data, including phonebook, might be deleted when you upgrade or do some changes. From what i understand, you should take your phone to the nearest SE service centre.

My Joystick shortcuts keep changing back to the originals (defaults). Is anyone else facing the same problem. My firmware version is R1N035.
