Hi all, I just want to ask whether 3gp high quality qualify as high quality mpeg4 that can introduce delay in R1GB? I put few hundred MBs of highq quality 3gp and my phone crawl as soon as I enter the folder. It took 10 mins before my phone can recover and back at standby! I am force to format the M2 card at this moment!

What seems quite comic to me is the fact that I have k800i T-Mobile branded, bought in Czech rep. It has R1CB001 (with that lovely radio whistling), and now, 8.1.2007, SEUS says its most recent version of FW. It seems that only way to go for me is Wotan, but i dont want to lose warranty... is there any way to get branded FW back to the phone later?

I bet SE will 'dismiss' the preview thumbnail feature in the (maybe) upcoming firmware update. It takes too much RAM, (what's the term? The internal memory system) just to preview the megabytes of video. Hm, why didn't they check this before? So, let's not put megabytes video. Just put short video clips under megabytes maybe..

I still got 61MB free phone memory and each video is just around 40MB. I did put around 8-9 of those videos in one folder. Wow, R1GB just huff and puff trying to do video preview or whatever it tries to do. The clock in my phone stop for 4 min. I am tempted to took the batt out but I am afraid of WSOD (even though I got R3A016). In the end I just let the phone do whatever it want to do while pressing 'previous' button several time. 10 mins after that my phone back to standby mode! Scarry!
Do you think if I put each video in its own folder can prevent this from happen?

FYI, I don't put any video files on the phone. I just love my K800i mostly for camera shots, creating themes and internet, via Netfront or Opera Mini, so I just don't suffer from this bug that seriously. Yeach, hanugro, you should try that--having the movie in each separate folder and post your findings.
Anyway, about the theme bug, I just renewed my themes to compensate for the flaw of R1GB001. I imported images to the Pop Up element and my problem is gone. However, it's a pity that SE has again fixed bugs but created others. Anyway, as long as bugs were minor and can be easily 'endured', it's not the end of the world.

When i updated my phone software to R1ED001 thru SEUS, it messed up my Games and Applications folder. Now that i updated it to R1GB001 thru SEUS, still it gives me this 'Operation Failed' message whenever i try opening the Games and Applications folder... *sad*
Are there any recommendations how can i reclaim the games and applications functionality of my k800? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

He he he, I just got myself Sandisk 1GB M2 so I may got carried away. Anyway I will try to put medium quality 3gp to see whether it is any good. So far from my comp monitor does not look promising.

Besides, Sandisk is cheaper but of the same quality. How much was yours in Jakarta? Hehe, I envy you to get one..mine is the 512 Sony, don't know it's fake or genuine...We have almost all SE fakes here: HPM-70, battery, housings, charger, and many more..it's unsafe to get one. Trying to buy online? Ah, no, I can't afford that as I'm just a 'boy' hehe..
