i don't really know what your problem is though. but my pics are more colorful when i use ISO-100 (instead of Auto-ISO). also combine it with some Daylight white balance of Fluorescent WB. hope it works.

all these pics below were taken with flash in a complete dark room with ISO-100 (some are with incandescent WB, some are with auto-WB). much more colorful than when taken with Auto-ISO.

wow wow.. look at the carve of the frame. awesome. it looks better in the full size pic.

Good color tones, especially the reds which look natural. I wish more people could upgrade to R1E as all the purplish and pinkish tones are utterly confusing.

@vipera.... this is exactley what im talking about... NEARLY ALL N82 FLASH PORTRAIT-PICS PRODUCE WEIRD COLORS...THE COLOR ON THIS GUY IS NOT NATURAL...IT HAVE A BLUE/GREY/GREEN TINT ALL OVER HIS FACE.

it looks he have been throwing up all day or that his really sick or something.

they are sharp, yes... but natural...hell NO
