Now i have to re encode all my clips to fit the bigger sized screen !!!!!!!! I guess itle be nicer watching films though now.

My dad has insurance, it isnt really necessary, but for the little extra, you can always cheat the insurance I s'pose, if you're that type.

Nah ive never tried that before. I was under the impression that once aphon has been registered as lost or stolen its blocked throughits IMIE.

AFAIK none do, and EDGE isnt all that widespread throughout the world. Let me know if anyone in the UK does.

I never said they did, that is why I said that the K800 is better here, because you can use it for 3G and 2.5G, whereas atm there is no EDGE service here, so the extra feature in the K790 is useless here.

Hold the phone there! I very much doubt that any phone besides a Sony will be using Sony's proprietary memory format! Nokia/Motorola both use the TransFlash AKA MicroSD and some of them use MiniSD. Correct me if I'm wrong but I haven't seen anything stating anyone else but Sony uses MS.
