hi i was just wondering if anyone has had the same rare problem as me. i just got a w810i on sim free and when i put a different sim card in i turned it on to find a white screen instead of the se logo. then insted of the start as phone...etc. the words start and info appear but nothing else, almost as if the screen has shifted off the display. the walkman can be accessed by pressing the button then the back key but that is it anyone have any ideas? :s

well i have a prob wit my w810i...i want to have the flash menu but my fone is branded...now i know that there are 3rd party debranding/flashing groups such as davinciteam and wotan which offer FW R4DB005...i am jus wondering if i should debrand it with one of these or if i should wait for the SEUS update? (it keeps saying i have the latest...=/)...my current FW is R4CK003..and i believe that the R4DB005 will fix my prob..right? if i were to install R4DB005, would i get the flash menu? and if so..how come i am unable to get it from SEUS and others can? this is driving me nuts... >=(

i am not very sure on that. The only problem i have had is the big one with my whole phone, i looked int oit and asked SE and they said it may be a fault in the handset so i have sent it back and fingers crossed my replacement will work fine.

- the ringtone in this phone is low comparing to K750i
- the delivery report alert & bluetooth alert is very low comparing to K750i
