Hi, thanks, your probably right and I'm not sure what time the shop shuts so looks like I'll miss this deal , ah well I was struggling with the idea of the VF branding..however small....... but then again it's still nearly two weeks away on o2 (if it doesn't change again...) choices choices... lol

Vodafone gave me a free p990 when i upgraded but then i do spend more than 150/month. I think 150 is a little steep. Best thing to do is tell them orange is doing a deal where they'll give u the phone for 60 or whatever and that ur considering changing... then the price starts to tumble.

Came into work this morning with the mail delivery guy standing by my desk. Told me to sign for something... low and behold, the "free" P990i that I ordered last week finally turned up.

Thanks Vodafone

Ah, your lucky. I still havent heard or recieved anything. Hmm, maybe they'll honor the sale to current and previous customers only.

Call them up 08700 700191 - i think that's the number.

They told me originally that the order hadn't gone through properly because normally no phone would be free on the £20 tariff.

It was only when I spoke to them they put it through.

Spoke to them and they're saying they cancelled the order. When I called them the time before they said it was being delivered. Vodafone just taking the piss as usual. I dont understand how you lot manage to be happy vodafone customers.

I feel like adding a few swear words but hmmm I wont.

I'd call up and speak to the Vodafone online store customer services again and ask why you haven't received anything.

That's what I did, and I had someone call me back from their warehouse instead..
