just spoke microsoft;
they don't replace the damaged disc ... it's the freaking console (my 3th xbox)
and the console damaged my nice disk, now microsoft doesn't replace teh disk... it isn't even my fault

I've heard others complaining of this. It seems that the console can chew up discs sometimes and MS don't change them.
Some people say it is when you move the console while it is running and has a disc in (not sure why you'd want to though)

thats why you hack the dvd drive firmware. i have backups of all my games and as of now there is not a thing MS can do about it.i also am able to play on live without the worry of being banned.not just anyone can do the hack thou thats the only downside.

I Left some american kid negative feedback on live this morning...
He started 3 races with me and quit all 3 when i started winning! And he only spoke to be in the first few seconds to agree the terms of the race and then wouldn't say a word after... no matter how much i abused him lol!
Anyone wanna leave be positive feed back on there? I want more than 3stars lol

In theory its a really good idea to be able to do this, but in practice too many people abuse it and rip off games and this screws the whole deal. Id love to be able to make backups of my games to be able to play em without the risk of them scratching. I was very stupid a good few weeks ago now, and picked up my 360 while Pro Evo was spinning, i think i was trying to plug the ethernet cable in the back, and it crunched the disk up. Theres a ring scratched around the outside now, but the game still plays fortunately. Although im concerned with Test Drive now, as very occasionally i get an 'error, the disk is dirty or damaged' message when in my house or a showroom. There seems to a couple of tiny scratches on the disk... maybe somethings happened to the laser inside?? hmmm

Theres nothing i hate more than cocky little people on live that quit as soon as they know theyre behind. I mean, its only a game! Some people take it too seriously.
Ive left you feedback i think mate the other day... but didnt notice that your stars went up at all. You'll get there mate

well i aint bin on this weekend so far cos i've bin working on getting my gamer score up... Nearlly finished Project8 myself now(the woman has bin playin for two and a bit weeks and is only half way
) and i gotta bit more to do on PGR. Won't be long til i'm over 1000 and i'll be a bit happier then!
