Can anyone tell me how I can get my Palm M130 to swap contacts and calendar items with my T68i? I have downloaded the SMS Phone Driver onto the Palm and this works ok, but if I try to beam stuff they can't find each other..
Any help would be much appreciated!!

You need to download an app for that. Try GSMtool at the palmgear website

I'm a newbie here and i really need some help.
I am a Globe post paid subscriber and I have a Nokia 6310i
My problem is that I cant seem to connect to the internet using my tungsten T. I did everything that was mentioned in the mapalad site but i still cant get it to work. I hope that someone can help me and give me the exact settings that I need to configure on my tungsten as well as my phone. I receive this error message by the way "ERROR: NO CARRIER (0x1102)
Hope someone out there can help.
Thanks in advance

for those you search a Palm Software which can be used to send jpgs, gif or any nounderstoodbyourcrappalms format, there's a soft that is called ExBox which can be setup to receive any format on the palm.... the ony problem is that you can't see your jpegs or gifs with... by i think if you have a memory-stick or CF or SD palm, you can send the jpg or gifs to your memory card and so read the pics with Acid soft...
you can find ExBox on Palmgear.com
but does exbox work by transfering any files via the cradle to the pda from the pc?

If anyone interested,
you can use SplashPhoto to beam jpg -s (taken by the CommuniCam for example) from the phone to the palm - splashphoto will recognize the incoming file format, and will accept them and copy them on the storage card (note: you have to have a storage card isntalled)

td3:
try this..
1. In your prefs:
- choose "Communication->Network"
- make a new account
- assign it with your username, password and phone number
- press "Details"
- Connection type -> PPP
- Idle timeout -> 1 Minute
- Query DNS -> Yes (mark the checkbox)
- IP Address -> Automatic (mark the checkbox)
- Go to "Script"
- choose "End" on the first on. it should be the ONLY
on that page.
- OK -> OK -> Done
You must also choose the connection to the phone, but i'll guess you already knew that..
Go to the wap browser (note! i could only help you with the one that came with the palm tungsten t! "Palm WAP Browser v1.8.2". if it's not installed, find it on the disk 2, i think, you got).
2. Go to "Options -> Gateway Settings"
- Pretty wierd, but you have to set the IP address to your provider
on "gateway server", and then your username and password.
- Then go to "Options -> Advanced"
- Cache -> Enabled
- APN -> untitled
- Mode -> CONNECTIONLESS
I assume that you got your settings right on your phone.. cause i can't help you with that since you ar on Nokia:(

I am having trouble connecting my T68i with my Palm m130 through the IR port. Somtimes it beams just fine, other times my Palm says "could not find a receiving handheld computer." even though I have done everything exactly the same. Why?
