We went from Win CE to Win NT... a pretty big difference. Microsoft have done an outstanding job to optimize NT to run on such weak hardware. Don't forget, NT is the same core your Toshiba runs on.

I got the white one. Wanted the grey one the most but it seems like grey and cyan won't be available anytime soon in germany. I really liked red and yellow but they are just too flashy.

@cu015170, you can get a cyan, red or yellow Lumia 920
, or black or grey, though grey doesn't seem to be available everywhere.

grey is very hard to find.. yellow too flashy, red.. sort of the same, cyan.. for some reason I have that one reserved for the Nokia N9, black.. boring... damn it
I am going to see some of them in person on Friday or later today if they have them on display, and I will decide.
