I can't actually see much of anything, so it would be useful to actually see the image in full (or images if there are indeed more than a single image). All I can see is the top of the phone (the Sony logo and what appears to be the back of the device)

Look fake to me. The picture on the left resembles my Xperia S 100%. Same shape and the USB port cover is also visible on the upper left.
If it is the real deal than it will be big device. There is a lot of space in between the screen and the top phone.

The placement of the secondary (front facing) camera, is different to that of the Xperia S and the speaker grille is different.
