Using 5ii and 5iv back to back, 5ii seems better optimised. 5iv sometimes drops from fast refresh, the app management is very aggressive too. Maybe a android 13 thing but it seems like a heat issue. I'm not doing heavy work but I do multitask a lot.

Most likely because they sell well below 2 million units now. They save the money by reusing the flagship sensor that someone has paid for development and ordered hundreds of million units. Now that they've lost Samsung its gotta be Apple
