i don't care if they(unitech) installed an original or replacement parts what important is, it is fixed. and how sure you are if they really installed replacement parts?
yun nga masakit dun eh. twice na akong nagdala ng ericsson dun dahilan nila board. i sure tamad mga technician dun.
if you are working at smartnet no offense....basta sira sila pag dating sa repair.
customer service ok sila. like Darius or Carlos.

Hi good evening, tungkol po sa upgrade ng software ng T610. Kailangan mong mag-master reset para makita mo complete benefits nung upgrade. Yung ibang settings obvious agad like dun sa camera shortcuts at yung sa standby display. Pero yung faster gif animation nde mo pa makikita eh unless mag-master reset ka... yun lang po... pero bka pwedeng iload mo na lang ulit yung gif, sa akin kasi nag master reset agad ako hehehe....
