If you look at the space he is talking about, there is more then enough place to fit a camera AND flash. I've circled the area(in red) which I think he is talking about.
Ps: His description fits this pic perfectly!

just went into Telstra network shop today. They are the only HSDPA network in aus at the moment...
any way, got talking about phones as i was replacing a sim

i asked when are

hsdpa phones coming to your network. he replied APRIL.
He said they are expecting two phones, a

slider, and the new 5mp k800 (aka sofia)....
i think he meant only the

slider was coming in April though (sofia a little later perhaps) , but he didnt say it was April for slider, im just assuming its that way

^^^^it's only photoshop and K850 SOFIA going to be candybar^^^^
thier will be a slider cybershot of k800 basis which could be named as S800
from sneff ofcourse
edit: i think sofia will have more than QVGA
coz on the review of i-mobile 902 they said (is the fact that I-Mobile’s handset carries a camera module that we are to see in a number of upcoming Sony Ericsson-branded phones in 2007)
and I-Mobile 902 recordes at (Video resolution – 176ơ144, 320ơ240, 640ơ480 )

The n93 captures 640 by 480 and still has a qvga screen.
For me qvga is just fine otherwise battery life is reduced.

pretty rare for the frontline CS to know so much about the timeline of unannounced phone releases
@bavlondon2
battery life depends more on the screen size (backlight) than the screen resolution, the extra processing power needed for higher resolution displays does not drain that much more battery, according to the Sharp engineers (they're the first to bring VGA screens to phones)
