The first one is from another pic, but SE deleted that one from it's site and I cant find it somewhere else.

That's what a company could expect when most of the cellphones they make are over-priced mid-end! Poor SE. I hope they can recover. The final version of Iduo has to be announced by them soon. It might save their butt off.

So I don't understand- Sony Ericsson will not make new phone and will be just Sony for Japane and Ericsson for the rest of world, or will be just Sony and no Ericsson?

Well, Idou wont do any good as long as it doesn't include 3.5mm jack.
