ermm... is there anyway that we can download all the logos & themes in PDA format?

What do you mean by PDA format? Your PDA needs to have the software to be able to recognise the file type first. But as far as I know, There isn't any software for you to view them on a PDA except for regular pic files like gif or jpeg.
