Isn't that before SE will released a phone, a final white paper is out now in the developer site with some information that really exist with the flagship phone??

It doesn't - even the white paper says:
Says so on page 26, X1 Whitepaper R3A...

Forget about the whitepaper, it's due for an update. X1 has an accelerometer. Check out the links a page or two back.
Also, check out this about the TouchPro 3D GUI. It does the same "landscape-only-when-the-keyboard-is-open" feature as the X1 (both don't use their accelerometers to do landscape switching). Also, the pretty TouchFlo 3D GUI disappears in landscape mode and turns into a grid view.
Go X panels!

The Touch Pro does have an accelerometer. I remember somebdoy who has used one posting on one of the WM forums I vist. I cant remember which, if I do find the link will post it up.
Also on xda-dev there've removed a accelerometer calibration tool from the Touch Pro ROM, so basically I guess thats proof enough that it does

.
And there is software to enable auto rotation in any menu except home screen, although this should be available for the Pro as TouchFLo has the landscape view as well(the landscape icon view) in landscape mode.
You should do your homework before posting

But you DID say that switching is only by sliding out the keypad......so basically you're wrong.

I'm speaking of the TouchFlo 3D GUI only. It is even shown in the video link I provided.
