Idou is looking very nice, i've seen one in silver but not too sure if it is legitimate. The UI is very similar to the Nokia 5800 in many ways e.g. messaging. The media menu and stuff is from
but I feel that it won't be so different from anything from the other companies. You have to look at the hardware and choose what suits you i.e. if you want a business device then go for the N97 but for camera, obviously Idou. Personally, Windows Mobile 6.5 looks much more functional and useful than Symbian.
The next logical step for
would be to do a Walkman with this software and then do a qwerty version as well. I heard the new iPhone will have an OLED screen like the Omnia HD so its something that
should look towards.

Its not due out until the tail-end of the year right? How come the UI seems mostly finished already? Is it placeholder for the much-discussed SF UI?
Edit: oh, & I'm still hoping for a euro version of the SE Walkman Xmini - add a 3.2MP AF cam with LED, maybe an SD card on top of the 4GB & make it around £150 & my moneys down!
