erm... when i first bought my t300... i can view picture messages sent by a nokia phone... but now...when i open the message, it wrote " unknown item receive " can anyone help me ???

Is Singapore SE Support good? My t300 brightness is very dim... the light had been set to automatic... Can some kind soul help?
