matanong ko lang po....bakit po marami ako nababasang complaint sa service nyo? ano po ba sila...mga kalaban sa negosyo or experience nila talaga sa service nyo???

wala po ba kayo way para i attend ang complaint nila? kc kasiraan po sa inyo ang mga ginagawa nila complaint eh.... isa po kayong service oriented company... whose nature of business is service.... i think you should address to that complaint or you will lose your customer and probably your license as a sony ericsson service point.... point of view lang po

my officemates' T39m was also fixed sa UNITECH greenhills, problem was fluctuating signal and sometimes NO NETWORK, but you said that it,s main board problem!

and it CANNOT be fixed!

wala pa 1 year i bought it at First Asia, eh yung service center nila wala na ( yung number gina wala na ).

of what i know they just transferred office but still in the ortigas area.
anyway, if you have time to dropby our office so we can check your unit. plus, please bring the receipt as proof that the unit is still covered
by warranty.

the latest sw version is r1L. the upgrade is FREE for warrantied units, please also bring the receipt for our records. from edsa, go down gil puyat ( formerly buendia) then take jeepney going towards LRT, washington, cripa etc... the 1st stoplight is paseo de roxas just
count 3 bldgs on your right. we are at the ground floor which is easy to spot.

@ britri2 - Can you please help me, my gf's T610 suddendly can't play tones...its like the speaker is busted or some sort. But you can still use it for calling, (you will still hear the voice of the caller) But when selecting tones, or sms alerts it doesn't play anymore. I'm planning to bring it to smartnet for checkup. Now my question is, since this is still under warranty, if ever there are parts that needs to be replaced, speaker or whatever, do I have to pay for it? Because if it'll go beyond 500 php, Di ko muna ipapagalaw sa inyo and I will take it back to Rockwell for replacement. Almost 1 1/2 month na ito sa akin. I don't know ba't bigalang di na nag pla-play yung tones eh. Kaasar talaga. Please help. Thanks
