Hi early Z1 users, have u tried to download new camera apps from Sony Select? Look at this screenshot from AC.

@rency - downlloaded the 360 panorama and the motion pic one. haven't really tried them though. but they aren't sony apps, but sony suggested apps. i'll try them later this week and post results. the other ones in that picture didn't look too interesting to me

bad display - sure. they got one of those and shame on sony for even letting ANY Z1 have a bad display. I can live with that part of the review.
but otherwise, they are clearly biased against sony. it's the fastest android phone out there right now and yet they give the G2 an edge for it's "blistering performance"?
It seems even if the Z1 had a remarkable screen, they'd simply find something else to shoot it down with.. maybe audio or something.

they gave the screen of the sony 6, ok i understand that the bad viewing angles is an issue, but for god sake dead on the screen is one of the best! if not, the best! so you can give them at least 8 (2 points fot the angles ..) but 6???
8 in battery life? really?

Z1 is GORGEOUS. 5s is the same re-hash they've been doing since the iphone 4 with slightly different materials...

I was able to duplicate the "phone too hot" camera temporarily disabled note. You just need to do the the different photo modes (like sketch) for a few minutes. My phone kept disconnecting the camera app. The phone was warm, but not too hot.

Verge used to be good, but then I just stopped caring for their reviews, they hate Sony and love Apple.
I've asked many people here with Iphone 5s why they are not upgrading, most said it was not worth it, or are happy with their current 5.
