masama talaga ang service sa semicon megamall branch, di pa sumasagot ng phone dun at saka di namamansin kapag meron kang gustong tanungin (parang nakukulitan pa nga sila sa mga customers e), mga K*P*L, yung sa semicon centerpoint naman, parang security guard ang mga ugali ng mga andun lalo na kapag sumasagot ng telepono, sa sm manila branch naman, yung isang staff dun na parang koreano ang buhok na feeling cool, T***NA ang yabang, but so far the best staff and most corteous ay yung mga nasa sm city carpark branch and doon sa main branch sa pasig, kaya doon lang ako pumupunta.
