I didn't know that there are 'clock time' at the other part of the world where there's an excess of 30 minutes in zoning TIME difference
I thought it's always in FULL hours! As I watch the Bloomberg Channel (similar to that of the CNN/BBC though features more on Business) the clock there says: say, It's :27 (minutes) past the HOUR !
