it's most depend on the proccessor & camera module in fact, then the camera module, if the camera module was able to transfeer large amount of data for HD resolutions video a@ 30fps, and the procesor is able to do so then we will have a HD camera here, but if the procesor is only able to handle QVGA what ever camera you have you'll not be able to go more than QVGA, and viseversa, if the processor was powerfull to do HD video @ 30fps but the camera module only handles VGA @ 30fps you will stuck with VGA

Probably Sofia will be announced at the end of February few days before CeBit just like k800/k790 was last year. And if its as good as the rumours say than its worth waiting for it even a month
and then fast release after announcement. So I could buy it before my school trip

late april/early may I guess...
but who knows, maybe it will be like K750i in late may, it didn't reach where I live untill 3 june afternoon AFAICR and it was weekend so i couldn't take it till two days later.

We'll see. We can't tell for sure that it will be available in june it may be available even in early may who knows what
planned for us this year maybe they want it to be available ASAP. Future will tell us.
