Just been looking in the latest Carphone Warehouse mag. They have the X10 listed as free on pay monthly tarrifs of £35 or more.

Funnily enough I just had a mailing from Onestopphoneshop, the on-line arm of CPW and they list Vivaz as availiabel now:

Unfortunately they still list the X10 as "Coming Soon", the date they give is 1st of April and the link is dead again..

It didn't say the length of contract. The mag was the one which was showcasing the new smartphones as well as some upcoming standard phones. Just gave the cost and then a description of the phone and also given a short reason as to why you should buy it.
