@ferr, na-experience ko yung 0/0 volume, pero naagapan ko, during a call i was able to change it back to 6. ang napansin ko pag nilagay mo sa 8 nag wrap aound sa zero. so dapat agapan.

who is the one responsible for importing/shipping replacement T68m units here?
i believe Smartnet mentioned that the units should've come by the first week of May. the 2nd week has gone by and still no replacement units. Smartnet has done a freakin' good job repairing my phone and keeping me a satisfied Ericsson customer.
i have had 3 T68m units through my hands already. the first one i bought from Semicon. it was a Globe-locked T68m. but the moment i inserted my Globe SIM, it said insistently "insert correct SIM card." The lousy Semicon repairman of Southmall told me, told me, it was my SIM's prob. Then he got his SIM, put it in my T68... and voila! it displayed the same message. Oh, did i see him turn red??
they replaced my unit that same day i bought it. but guess what, the joystick was offset to the left...it was not centered.
3 months after, my T68m suddenly reset everytime i'd put an email address to "To: " when composing a message. it is weird. software problem i guess. i brought it to Smartnet. They replaced it. i have got my 3rd T68m that day. Days after (not even a month), my T68m showed a "0/0 listening volume." i brought it to Smartnet, they reset my firmware, and it was workin good as new again...only to find out a week after (5 days to be exact) the problem returned--the 0/0 listening volume. Gilbert, being one who understands T68 customers better, told me that it has never yet occurred that such thing (the 0/0) happened again after resetting the FW. so i was told that they will replace my T68m. however, since they didnt have the replacement units, they will just re-reset my FW for the meanwhile. Oh, guess what, if twice wasnt enough, it happened again this day. a "0/0 listening volume." it has happened for the 3rd time within 2 weeks!!!
oh come on. what the hell?
i have paid more than enough to be served properly.
i have a warrantied unit yet i still get all these hassles??????
what the f*?
is this the best these T68s can offer??
oh yeah, so would you dub my case as a "one-in-a-million case"??
oh c'mon.
oh yeah, in case you havent noticed... i am one very unhappy ericsson customer at this time. no one of us deserves this.

i am sure that semicon really wanted to help you (like they've always done before) but unfortunately they don't have any control in the shipment of replacements.
besides, i think you got the CDF already. at least you hold something that will prove that they've diagnosed your phone as faulty.
take a deep breath. and dont lose your patience.
