exynos 5 cpu should b faster than a6x...this is bcuz google did not optimize nexus 10 well...i bet exynos 5450 will beats tegra 4....

Tegra 4 has the proprietary 4+1 design which comes with less compatibility than a real big.LITTLE design introduced by ARM them selfs... plus it uses normal A15 core optimized for lwoer voltage and power for compatibility reasons, which still higher power usage than big.LITTLE concept propose...
the other problem is being an NV chip which means developers unfriendly...
a Quad A15 in a big.LITTLE design is much much better and has better compatibility, it will mean a quad core all the time + it works like a hybrid car... when full performance is wanted the petrol engine is working ( Quad A15 cores ), when there's no need for high-performance the electric engine will start then ( Quad A7 cores )...
the only benefit I see from Tegra 4 is short time to market compared to big.LITTLE solutions which will take some time...
the GPU part is fully customized in big.LITTLE, they can use any sort of GPU cores depending on the manufacturer... same goes for LTE modem...

Only Samsung may offer the big.LITTLE config this year, they can't set power hungry Quad-A15 (Exynos 5440) alone in single die. Only wonder that how many core will they put in I hope not four more of ARM-A5 core.
Is Tegra 4 already confirmed working on single chip solution, I see them announce Icera i500 soft modem as well. I hope it not separately installed chip.

Maybe by the end of the year we may see a power efficient 1 ghz or 800mhz quad Cortex A15. Just guessing.
