I get 697 over bluetooth from my house which doesn't get the best 3G signal so I'm quite happy. I think the best I ever saw with my HTC TyTN was about 1.1mbps

Well, if we can get back to the firmware issues, I recently update to 038 and have found another bug.
When I tried to update my RSS Web feeds,, nothing would update and came back as errors, I tried a few new ones but still the same thing, so I tried to open an old one and puff, my phone re-booted. Doesn't matter which Feed I try, the phone reboots straight away.
Apologies is this has been mentioned before.
Andy
Check your internet profile.
Or get a new one: / Touch, Menu , #, 0
Thank you for the quick response, I almost lost it in the 4+ pages of drivel since then - lol.
The internet was working fine on the phone before and after the update. It's just the feeds that have died. I also have to confess that I don't really know what to check in my internet profile.
I've just done a master reset but still have the same problem

I might add that the January firmware update was the 038? As they don't say a specify for who that firmware will be released...
I think SE screwed up bad, really really bad this time around with their flagship.

Weird - just seen 'H' for the first time in the display - am near Euston in London (normally in Edinburgh) on T-Mobile UK, 038 s/w.
Not particularly impressed with speeds though! - 282kbps d/l, 308kbps u/l!
They certainly do vary from connection to connection though - found it wasn't working any more so disconnected & reconnected...
Still not stunning but a bit more reasonable. Nowhere near the advertised 1.8Mbps mind (in fact I've never got above 500kbps - has anyone else managed this with the K850i on T-Mobile UK??)

Those sound like problems beyond any regular software problems and you should get it warranty replaced.

@darrengf I know that you had some inside info for K800i. Do you know something about the K850i firmware?
