@justus333
I hear you on the play being a flop. i thought it might might be before launch, hence why I'm here with a silver arc.

@podcast-wifi-thing
I downloaded an app called WiFi Tunes Sync. It requires you install a small application on your desktop (Windows only I think) but then it will sync anything in your playlists to your phone via wifi and it's free. I've not really tested it out fully yet but it looks ok.

@ishadab
The top apps I'd recommend for any android phone are
ADW Launcher - Home replacement very customisable
Widget Locker - fully customisable lock screen i.e. places widgets, choose sliders methods etc
WiFi File Explorer - lets you access your SD from the web browser when it's attached to the wifi
Google Chrome to Phone - send links from Chrome web browser directly to your phone (map links will open in maps, market links in the market)
MarketEnabler - access android app market for any location
Google Docs - access to edit your google docs
Large Image Viewer - allows for viewing pics at full res, although the interface isn't as good the stock app
Root Explorer
Music - the new Music by Google is ready for the new google music service coming in android Icecream Sandwich
Evernote - audio, text and photo note taking

Everything else is by the by

Yes, I have been using Beyond Pod for over a year, daily, and it works perfectly. You can even set it to turn on Wifi and auto-update on a regular basis. I have set mine to do that about half an hour before I go up in the morning, to make sure that the phone is updated with all new podcasts. It also keeps track of where you are after pausing, across multiple podcasts, not just the last one played. And it syncs with Google Reader etc etc. Perfect app, can't live without it.

So far I think it is a great phone Fast with a nice UI and it fits well in the hand. Good musicplayer,great keyboard and some really nice widgets. Haven`t tested the camera properly yet. The screen seems pale compared to my previous SGS. I got in-ear phones a HDMI cable, 16 GB Memorycard and a leathercase along with the charger

But have you guys any idea what is draining the battery ? Lost 20 % in 5 hours during the night with mobilenetwork switched off My SGS only dropped 1-2 %
I am on Android 2.3.2
Builtnumber : 3.0.A.2.181
And no automatic lightadjustment for the screen ?????
