yes i know that and thx...but is posible to do it by my self, free??? with dcu-60 cable ...and DaVinci 13.7 and some flash files for my phone ...
and another question...I just see'it that site topsony it's not working anymore and I don't know from where can I get the right firmware to flashing the phone, if it's posible, to resolve my problem.

scrolling through txts inbox and moving around in the main menu window seems very very laggy.

Yep, I thought the menu's were slower too. And I keep having issues with the Bluetooth Headset icon remaining on screen even after the headset has disconnected and Bluetooth turned off.

One other thing i've noticed is that the framerate for animated themes has dropped. Animations are now slower and not smooth.

I noticed after both OTA FW upgrades I have made so far, that the first time I opened the menus after the upgrade, it took a very long time, but after that initial menu opening, it returned to its normal menu speed.

Good news for 3UK subscribers as I'm right now in the middle of updating the firmware on my 3 branded K800i , about time too
Firmware for 3 now reported as: R1EJ001
Feels like a new phone, the menus and thumbnails respond like lighting now and connection to the PC seems to be more responsive too. only hope that Sony can give the user more control of photo compression

I got this back today (this happened about a week ago)
With regards to your enquiry, please provide further information as to the problems that you are experiencing so that we can offer further assistance.
If the Update service returns to the main screen then the Update has in fact completed on the handset.
Err, how about no, I told you it didn't reach 100%, it stopped and went back to the start. What more information do they need?

I took my phone to warranty and they completley reinstalled the software an now it's OK. I also have R1GB and no video preview crash. Previous bug: the phone forgot "shortcut" after restart is also solved.

Video preview has also been sorted on mine as well after updating through SEUS. I first updated to R1GB via Wotan and the phone kept crashing on the video folder but after updating via SEUS its not crashed at all.
Just a little freeze when highlighting a video I did with the phone
