I found the option for subtitles but all the fields concerning subs are greyed out... That is I can't even browse for subtitle files.
Anyone knows why?
Never mind... It seems to work now... I'll just go ahead and try converting and including a sub now. I'll post about the results.

But my conversion with sub worked like a charm. Now I just have to test wich I preferr, letterbox format or missing parts of the picture...
Also, anyone recommend any perticular bitrate for video that still gives (basically) as good quality as the pre set 325 kpbs but shrinks the size?
I'm testing converting 250 kbps right now...

I used to have the "10 second" problem intermittently with the previous fw. Since Jan. 2 update no problems even with >450 MB files, except for the slider which doesn't work. That is P990 fw related though, M3 works fine, just don't use the "Maximize current volume" and "DRC Volume Boost" options.

What OS are you using? Do you have .NET Framework installed? Have you checked the log file?
You need to give details for us to be able to speculate.
