One fix I have noticed..before the update; when the phone is off and someone sent you a text message when you turned the phone function back on; the sms text message was time stamped with the time your phone received it... after update.. messages timestamped when the message was sent!

Another thing with bluetooth headset hbh gv435:
with fw R7, after saying voice command the headset 'beeped' twice,
now with R9, the headset makes a strange 'humming' sound!
Anybody else found anything with bluetooth?

i had no problems at that time in my laptop and so i dint mind///
then i had to reinstall windows in my desktop from the scratch and then it began to work normally... so it must be some thing to do with the softwares. may be you can uninstall all the files of both the programs and then reinstall and try
if you search there is a thread that was discussing this issue but forgot what the conclusion was

I can’t beleave it!
Yesterday I called Telenor in order to get a hold of Blackberry connect v3.45 that’s supposedly needed for this new firmware for the P990. They said I should get it from SE. I checked their site and they only provide the old version. Today, I called SE asking about that. The support guy said something was wrong; it was not possible for me to have a blackberry server?? Plus, SE don’t support it or provide it, the BB connect software is licensed and needs to be bought from blackberry?!?
I got pissed, I told him to look at his SE site, there it is, but it’s the 3.37 version. He runs of talking to some manager for the second time. When he comes back he said that this download if only for one customer who needed a special service. They bought a lot of phones and that version are modified just for them and he couldn’t understand why it was on the site since it wasn’t supported AT ALL. This time I could probably get the client from my provider.
What’s the deal with this damn client?
