I am trying from the Preferences tab. Exactly what do I do after typing phone model in the "search for a model"-box?
When I got Xperia acro S I managed to change, but now I have Xperia Z.

I just tried after clearing cache and cookies, but I failed.
I have Internet Explorer 9.

That´s exactly what I have done, but no drop down list appears after I have typed
Sony Xperia Z.
I guess I will try from my job computer tomorrow.

There is nothing wrong with IE9. At least not in this case. The phone selector is tested in IE9 as well as all other modern browsers. Hopefully, everything will work well when using your office computer.
