I think it only works on unbranded phones.
The themes with these functions are:
Bronzy
Musaic
Purlple Sky
Walkman
and this change the media player background, but not show the song info on the standby screen:
Hidden Peak
Soundscape

02 branded phones can use flashlite, so not all branded phones don't have flash lite enabled.

I know about media player skin. I can change it with any theme I created.
I just knew about SWF wallpaper like that. So I'm pretty sure C702 can work it too.

Yea my c702's screen is better quality & noticeabley bigger than the 2.0 in my k800 & S500, The S500's 2.0 is brighter though.
