@randomuser
You can confirm that xperia v has whitemagic panel?
Seems that is the case:
It's the same screen that we saw on Xperia P or it's a software thing?

Don't know where that screenshot is coming from, but this is the display settings on my Xperia v:

No white magic (and this is a hardware thing, can't be added via software)

It's from Xperia AX.
Maybe AX has a whitemagic panel and their cousin V not? I'ts not the first time Sony reserves its best technology just for Japan market...

BE2 is pretty much the White Magic screen. It has extra white pixel. Nothing else. They're just rebranding it as BE2, since White Magic doesn't seem to be picking up on consumers.

I think unknown13 is wrong this time and MB2 isn`t a WhiteMagic rebranding because next years displays from JapanDisplay also use this tech as WM. Why would Sony change it here? Also MB is software related and WM is hardware related.
No logic at all.
I`ll take this screen shot from AX as fake for now.

Other question guys which keeps on confusing me: the V will not work in any US LTE band. But what about HDSPA+? Will it work with either AT&T or T-Mobile USA? This whole network-frequency-3G-4G-stuff confuses the hell out of me
