Check if the microSD on your phone is set to "Adoptable Storage" mode. If yes then you need to migrate all your data off the card and re-format it. Android has this thing that you can either merge the microSD as "internal storage" or treat it as external/dedicated one.
Check how do you go about do it? Root my phone? My phone is not rooted.
