Yeh friend of mine is goin psycho hes having the same problem.. it stops after the checklist!

Could still be in beta...The upgrade link in the support page is still not working and i only was able to find the address by comparing it to the k700i update link.At least it gave the clue that the SE guys are working on the S700i firmware update page at last.

Thanks for the info!! Your friend is not the only one going psycho, i thought the fault was with my computer, but thats not the case than..

i do think its got something to do with the pc. Maybe something stopping the popup window that lets u continue and starts seus. For me it works...

Yes probably is, maybe it has someting to do with the java applet, it says applet someting just before it stops..?

Just updated my S700. It worksed perfectly for me. Although it got towards the end and said that there was an error communicating with the phone and that i should take the battery out, put it back and try again. It had actually updated the phone alright so it didnt need doing again. Weird.
The menues are definately faster and the number search is better but I still cant turn off the shutter sound and they are still annoying!
