Gotta say that I'm really impressed with O2 on this one.
I'm on the online 200 tariff and I was able to upgrade in store and walked out with a nice new K750i without handing over a penny.

I think im the only one which hates my k750.
Brought my yesterday.
I aint used it... just the back battery case pissed me off. I put the battery in and now the battery cover doesnt come off. Got it from o2 yesterday so its ok, my bro's gone to get it replaced for me... although right now feels like a nightmare... i keep having the same thoughts.
'What if my brother comes back with my money all in cash!'
'What if my brother comes back and tells me they sold the last k750 10 minutes ago'
'What if my brother comes back with the exact same phone but they somehow opened the case' (I'll always know that the case is dodgey and at any point it could happen again)
All these thoughts going through my head. I guess it won't stop till my bro gets back... which i dont know when is.
On the plus side, when turning the phone it had the 'instert sim' message, the whole feel of the phone was great. Great screen, great buttons, nice look. They just make it that extra bit worse.

Was gonna order My K750 from mobilefun.co.uk today as theyre getting them in tomorrow,but i went more or less all the way to the end of the order process and they didnt take off the VAT! GRRR!
EDIT- just went on to mphone.co.uk and ordered one for £255 Sim Free! Bargin!

Bloody o2, I mean they even sent me the mailshot stating that the k750 was available for upgrades etc yesterday!
When I asked if I could at least find out how much it would cost for the upgrade they "dont have a price". Funny how I was quoted £100 3 days previously...
Sometimes I wonder if they only want to keep the people that have high tariffs. What I dont make up in extra calls etc I make up with customer loyalty, so if they start mucking me around I will move networks.
Had to rant

Having been told originally that the k750i wasn't available for upgrade, I rang back to be told that my tairff had to upgraded AND I had to pay £60 (having initally said there was no price for that model yet) for the privelege of a k750i yesterday. So I hung up once more to think about it.
I tried again this morning, thinking I'd pay the bit more since it was still cheaper that way. However - 3rd time lucky! One FREE upgrade, no need to change my monthly tariff (I'm on an old £15/month SIM ONLY Offpeak 500 deal!). One K750i winging its way to me!! Yey!
Soo, my advice is yes o2 suck. Some of the time! It depends on who your talking to on their upgrade line! The girl this morning was great, very helpful.
