Dear Mr. Arnold,
I have really given up on Citibank’s services here in Jakarta, I called their phone banking, and argue with their customer service just to give me the name of personnel in charge in this matter, they promise to call me back, but never did. Citibank indeed deserves the four-letter word.
Tomorrow morning I will try again.
