How many 5MP phones are going to be announced, SE is like the only big phone company for now which has only one 5MP phone in the market.
I count three upcoming ones :
K820i, G900i, C902i

Samsung Soul, BIG deal. It's been a bit over-hyped since it was announced.
And frankly, that d-pad design would be SO not comfortable. What's wrong with regular D-pads?
Also, a 5MP cam on such a thin phone would surely produce crappy pics.
