This is a bit off topic but does anyone know where I can get more information on my phone through the IMEI, such as where it was made and when, whether it was refurbished, etc. I bought it on ebay brand new in-box but just wanted to confirm. I tried numberingplans.com but it states there is no info on my phone.

Also, I just upgraded from 37 China to 38 UK International w/T-Mobile branding using Da Vinci (way too impatient for SEUS) and I must say it is a noticeable difference in response. The camera also seems to be adjusting better. I am also not noticing any significant drop in battery life. I would definitely recommend, its only $15.xx U.S.

My guess would be SE will only post the firmware only after Valentines Day -

Reason is because the company do not want consumers to storm into the Service Centre to create chaos because they could not make the phone/camera work when the firmware is released a few days ago due to improper updating thus temporarily bricking the phone and NOT ABLE TO TAKE PHOTOS OF THEIR LOVED ONES AND PRECIOUS MOMENTS DURING THE ROMANTIC SEASON~~~

Really??? Do me a favor - go into camera mode, take a picture, zoom in and out of the picture you've just taken, exit camera mode and go to the media player, start a song. Now try to adjust the volume... Tell me what happens
