Actually you can already download the user manual of the HTC touch pro here..
http://www.htc.com/www/FAQ_Detail.aspx?p_id=140&act=faq&cat=268 . I'm only disappointed with its screen size because its only like I'm using my P990i. Hopefully the flagship phone of the X1 will be a surprise..

Xperia X1's screen is not normal size for standard wm applications, which means that there is going to be some problems. So it's a good thing in a way that TP has that size of a screen. What in the world you mean with flagship of the x1??? To me "flagship" means only marketing nonsense when trying to get some device in a good light. I have the feeling you are trying to use it as a word "final". sorry if i am wrong..

@rakdoll
Yes that is what i meant the final product. I know X1 doesn't have a normal screen that's why i said when they release the flagship phone of X1, i hope there will be a surprise. I'm just telling that the Touch Pro is only 2.8" screen size compare to X1 with 3" and i'm not talking about the applications that will work with this phone for the moment.

I must be bad in english, but I really think flagship does not mean anything near "final product". Flagship means the most advanced/best of all of it's line of similar products, from the same manufacturer.

Flagship is as Rakdoll says, the most advanced product the company has to offer is the flagship product. The X1 is not SE's flagship model. That I suppose will be taken by the C905

Actually, C905 is the flagship of the Cybershot cameraphones. X1 is the flagship of the Xperia line (and the only Xperia so far). And W980 is the flagship Walkman phones. So there can be several flagships, actually.
But if you want to define only one product from SE as it's "show-off-do-it-all" device (kind of pointless to do so), it would be the X1. The Xperia line is considered SE's premium brand--even though there are features in the other SE flagships, that outshine similar features in the X1.

The X1 is not an SE flagship. It would be stupid on their part to call the X1 "their" flagship or for us to refer to it as an "SE" flagship. The X1 is not considered a true SE by most. Just like the O2 phones of yester-year the Atom etc. and the HPs and imates were always considered HTC, the X1 is no different.

But you do have a point, the C905 is the Cybershot flagship.

BTW WhyBe when you planning on buying your Touch Pro?

Humble
can I have rights to be not so much excited about Android as you are? XBOX and PS3 in handheld? if I have 8MP cameraphone does this mean that i have Canon EOS 350D in phone? I don't care about Pandora but I wish them a lot of developers attention, even the best hardware means nothing without good software

I'm still of the belief X1 is an SE designed phone (HTC is ODM). This is the same as SE using other ODMs for their other devices. Using HTC saves on WM R&D for SE, it does not make it an HTC phone (well...partly so it is ). aksd, You're in geekland splitting hairs The average public will see the X1 as an SE phone.

I've put in my pre-order for the X1 at expansys. Has anyone purchased from them before? Do I have to look out for something sneaky ?

TouchPro??? ....... baaaah!!
Not sexy enough for me
