with o2 online you can only purchase a new phone from them, also with online you always get better deals with phones most are free, and if you want something abit more fancy and is £60 they will try and lower it for you!
If you phone is broken you have a choice send it to the manufactures yourself, or take it into a o2 shop!
I really think online offers alot better tariffs then the normal o2
is this your firstime with them then?

yup this is my first time with them, bin on t-mobz for the past 3½ yrs! i dont really agree on what you said about phones being cheaper bcoz i went in2 and o2 shop and they offered me a K700i for free with an o2 mp3 player for free aswell on a £15 contract, but yes the online tariffs are way betta which is why i decided to pay £30 for the fone on a £20 contract.

This came free with my....
Just int got a clue how to use it, and im sure it comes standard with my phone btw
