Had to rub my eyes in amazement a few minutes ago when i wacr strolling thru one of the local toy stores. PSP selling there for the princely sum of R2500, and people were actually queueing to buy them, despite the closest CNA being less than 100m away. Go figure...

I bought 2 PSP's on Friday night for R1699 from HiFi Corp, queued for more than 2hrs to get them, was worth the wait, by the way I bought them for my nephews, I'm not much of a gamer.

Saw MTN followed suite and dropped their call charges by 50% to MTN and Telkom numbers between 5pm and 9pm. And their's no need to buy a new starterpack.

I saw that ad and didn't think much of it. Even with supposed lower rates Cell C has not convinced the public to go with them.
Did anyone notice that South Africa failed to qualify for next year's football world cup in Germany. Actually I'm not too depressed about it.
